We have a 9 year old microfiber 3 and 2 seater and they are amazing lounges

Bought your furniture from H/Norman from Cannington. Brochure states that you were awarded large amount of awards and gives 5 yr warranty for the product we bought. However, having issues with leather furniture we bought paying $1000's , we contacted H/N then we received reply from you emailed by H/N warranty manager that product warranty for the item we bought is only for 3yrs for the frame, 12 mths for leather, , 3 yrs foam. We just missed the few months claiming warranty as I thought that our WNTY period is much longer than 5 yrs andpostponed contacting the store. But we know that your product warranty in brochure we have is totally incorrect and very misleading to customers. You are selling products not suit to Australian consumers and the market and as we pay large amount of money for bad quality products. Just for example we still have leather furniture after 15 yrs of usage without having any issues with frame, leather, foam or frame which bought just in auction but not from reputable store like Harvey Norman. We tottaly lost the trust for your products and also in general to Harvey norman store ,as we now know that you sell low quality products with misleading info. Buyers Beware!!!

These guys are awesome - so helpful, no job is too small for them and the quality of their furniture is excellent.

Cheap rubbish. They dont care that after 18months the fabric is worn and foam has collapsed.Thought buying Australian made would be a quality product. Ive had cheaper imported lounges look better.Dont buy from this company if you think they will honour their warranty.

Drove 40min to have a look got there just to be told they are a whole saler and can't buy anything looked at the website says nothing about not being able to buy stuff in store. Also your mum.

Amazing service, I’ve had a tear in my sofa I’ve purchased from Harvey Norman, they changed the whole sofa cover for me, they came exactly in time picking up & also dropping off the sofa after the repair, very nice guys, they moved it in & out very carefully, the result is great, very smooth process
