Get Nailed

Thumbs down to this business for picking and choosing when you allow your customers to pay with eftpos, dodgy work place practises if you ask me. I don’t carry cash on me but you just lost my sale which was over $100 for not accepting eftpos. Iv also been in their and you’ve said “sorry eftpos is broken” but then when someone’s mentioned that they only have card all of a sudden your eftpos is working.If you don’t like the charges on eftpos go with a different provider. But I can bet you do it for tax purposes.

The lady who seated me and asked for my colour selection was rude and not helpful.To be honest,I’ve never had a service like this ..!! She was very short with me and it made me feel really bad !I do not recommend this place for their poor customer service overpriced.!I will never be back !

Ok job at the nails, but the person was very judgey that I had gone to a different store before this one (was getting an infill). The person was very rough and cut me in multiple spots. They told me I couldn't get the shape I wanted cause my nails were too short ... but they still did it anyway ... I also had to choose new colours 3 times cause they didn't have the ones I chose. Behind the desks and around the sink were quite dirty and you can see they dont change the pads on the table cause they are stuck down with tape and im not a fan of the rolled up towels to rest your arms on. ... needs some improvement....

I had Jay do my nails and she was an absolute wonder! Beautiful shape, beautiful SNS application and lovely to talk to. I removed an acrylic set done from a reputable place in Sydney - which I did not have a good experience with - and Jay at Get Nailed in Wagga made me fall in love with nails again. I can’t recommend her enough.

Nails rushed and some crooked, rough handling, have had better service from here before.

This was my first manicure, the staff were very helpful and friendly in helping me figure out what service would be best. The colour choices was variedand a touch overwhelming. They either don't have card service or it was broken today, so I just ended up paying with cash. I'm happy with the results, giving them 4 stars because this was my first manicure so I can't compare to other salons.

Hands down best place I've been in Wagga so far, not particularly chatty, but I'm ok with that. However they always do an amazing job and I always get what I'm after

Was very clean and friendly. Pedicure was relaxing and executed well and the pricing suited what the service provides. The only downside was I could not reach & control the massage chair remote as it's zip tied to front of chair, but they did turn it on in the beginning. Just would've hit button to run it twice by end of Pedi. Lots of space inside too, so didn't feel claustrophobic which is better than other options nearby in my opinion. Would easily reccomend to anyone who is wanting to try somewhere new.
