MST Lawyers

I have nothing but good things to say about the team I dealt with in MST's family law department. Whilst our case wasn't overly drawn it, it was a little on the complex side and I was worried about finding someone who would be able to handle it. I found the advice given to me by MST to be very valuable in the progression of our case and I really don't think we would've won without you. They made the time to deal with all of my issues, and that's a level of dedication that I really don't see in many businesses these days.

In management philosophy many times we have heard the term “ Kaizen”; the philosophy of continuous improvement in carrying out the pledge to fulfil customer satisfaction by being ” customer centric” (and NOT merely “ customer focussed” ).However not much in other professions let alone in legal practice till you meet Mr Mark Skermer of MST lawyers..A 17 years veteran in legal practice ,a thorough gentleman with high degree of legal acumen having “customer centric” approach which I observed and wish to highlight for the benefit of others who may be looking for a legal counsel .As one of his many clients , I came in close contact with him recently and I have no hesitation in admitting that not only he is very systematic but also very meticulous and prudent in his approach which includes guidance at every step so that one can make the right decision when required.Legal matters are dynamic and may change swiftly during the course of legal proceedings owing to multi-variate nature of this game theory .Winning and losing are two opposite sides of a coin but probability of success definitely increases with right team and right decision at right time. Mark is a master tactician I must admit.I shall be failing in my duty if I do not mention one another very important quality of a human being and that is “ ethics” which Mark possess in plenty apart from being transparent .We are glad that we submitted ourselves to his judgement ..without fear or fury.

After experiencing a small issue with my last boss, a friend put me on to MST who were more than happy to speak with me about what sort of case I might have. Even though I had no idea what I was doing, the girl I spoke to on the phone put me through to the people that I needed to talk to and I made an appointment. This helpful and friendly ambience was still present when I went in for my meeting - everyone I spoke with was very understanding and pleasant. I felt like my case really mattered.

Carmel Morrison was my lawyer and i am so happy with how she helped me. She is more then a lawyer to me as i feel she actually cares...I am extremely happy with her service and her care.. 5 stars........

Utterly useless. Will never engage again based on my protracted and as yet unresolved matter. Communication and follow through lacking at best
