Charging extra for the matching pillowcases to doonas, why would you? Its rude, confusing and not the first time ive been forced to hand over extra money for something that should be a set. I once bought a set of curtains with the measurements on the bag, when i got home, there was only one curtain, which measured half of what was written on the bag, went back the next day and they charged me for the other curtain i had already paid for.

We are a lay Catholic organisation working towards a more just and compassionate society"There is nothing just or compassionate about this store.Horrible "staff" who follow you around as if you are a thief. Same person also took it upon herself to tell my child off for touching the necklaces after I had just asked her not to touch."

Went to donate some stuff. Was told they could take it. Then helped take some stuff to the back room where I heard one of the ladies saying we just dumped the stuff and left. Was very disrespectful.

My second favourite op shop in Bunbury! Always good couches here (and a little cheaper than the competition) and good home wares! I’d maybe recommend other op shops for clothing (for men)

Vinnies Bunbury Denning Road
Lady was being nice to my mum and when she turned her back then loudly said “watch out for that one” to her coworker (she basically yelled it) when she had no reason to suspect her doing wrong. Made my mum pretty upset when I told her and now she refuses to go. (that’s the only store she can afford) she needed a pot and pan for cooking and now she has to have microwaved food, in a roach infested house.

If your struggling & need some clothes, blanket for your pets, clothes for the kids. I'm positive you will find something you need. They have books, furniture etc... So happy shopping!!!

Wow being accused for stealing a bow tie and to be so rude about it lucky for the lovely lady who knew we had actually paid!!! to the young staff member check your attitude! very rude u made our son cry, maybe be sure before accusing people of theft we even had a receipt shame on you really check your attitude before working or volunteering for the businesses best interest not a good way for customer service at all very disappointed.

Whilst the clothing prices are great, I was horrified to see the prices of their furniture yesterday. I have noticed that month by month the prices just keep going up and up. Am I the only one, or have you experienced the same thing? I spoke to the Bunbury Denning Road store manager who arguably defended her pricing for what she labelled old, shabby and dirty furniture as 'RETRO'. There were 4 items that were $150 each!!! Dirty old couches for $80...I took photos I was so horrified. I am so saddened that we, the public should be exploited to this, and in the name of donating to charity. Iwill be contacting head office I was so shocked.

This vinnies is totttaàaaaaaallllllyyyyy groovy. Everytime I go in there it is inspirational . Being a bit of an artist I look for items to either upscale or pull apart for the fabric to use on my artworks. Good clothing in very good condition. Furniture, kitchen gear aaaannndd some crafting stuff. Always looking for crafting stuff. Excellent pricing too. The staff are awesome. There were two ladies today that gave me a good chuckle. There is also a place attached where you can get some help from but you need to make an appointment. Very wheelchair friendly. Only one disable park. However worth the look. Always fun in there.
