I've been training with Supreme Fitness for two years, and the goal-setting, motivation and sense of community have made an enormous difference to my life.Before I started boot camps, everything about staying on track with my health and fitness goals felt hard. Training with Chris in the beautiful New Farm Park is a great way to kick off my day with a positive note and with friendly, approachable, down-to-Earth people who all come with different goals and life perspectives.Chris is patient, and fosters the kind of inclusive environment that means you can train without feeling judged or self-conscious. Everyone who turns up is there to move, and have fun whilst doing it.I feel more resilient after doing a workout outside and it certainly makes life's many other challenges feel more manageable. Whatever your fitness level, age or ability, I highly recommend giving Supreme Fitness a go. There is something unique and special about starting the day outside with a smile.

Chris is an excellent trainer and coach with a laid back but intense approach to fitness. His positive, can do attitude and flexibility ensures that workouts are effective and enjoyable. Coach Chris has developed a fun, friendly and community filled program that anyone can get involved in. His sessions got me back to regular exercise which changed my mood, my body shape and my mindset. Stopping in Brisbane for a month I stumbled upon Chris in Newfarm park. His training looked effective and fun so I signed up for 3 weeks of group classes. It was great to complete some training while I was on holidays and I enjoyed the programs and intensity. A fun and challenging training program in a group environment that I can highly recommend.
