The worst customer service. 1 star is too generous for the treatment I received. I drove over 1.5 hours to shop at this place for the first time. The sales lady was rude and rushing me to get out of the shop when I had only been in the store for less than 5 mins.

Normally I tend not to write reviews and rate shops but visiting this store today with my MIL, partner and 9month old daughter, I was very disappointed. The lady and only employee at the store was so blunt and rude. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The clothes looked gorgeous but would never step food in this store again. I think some customer service training is on the cards as a must for this store!

Maria is a legend!!! I was very limited for time and Maria was super accommodating, genuinely honest and provides outstanding service. Having an event can sometimes be stressful but Maria had it all covered.

If I can rate this store as zero I will do. Terrible customer service, the lady was so rude and impolite. I was about to buy a 400$ dress for my daughter first birthday but after receiving such a bad customer service experience i will never do it even if I couldn’t find a dress for the birthday, I will never ever visit this store again.

Congratulations to the shop owner! I am literally speechless after experiencing the worst customer service ever. Would have bought something here but changed my mind because the lady in the shop was so rude. She should change occupation as working with people is clearly not her thing. Never ever coming back to this shop and I strongly recommend this to anyone else. Ahh before I forget… in case someone does want to have an unforgettable customer service experience, please get an appointment beforehand. Apparently you can’t just turn up to have a look…

Just WOW!!Should just close the shop if you don't accept a walk-in just to browse around.The rudest & worst shop I've ever been.Should have checked the review beforehand.1 star is just too generous.

Put in an order for two personalised christening candles on quite short notice and they were made exactly how we asked and are absolutely beautiful! Customer service was great, very attentive and overall very lovely people. 100% would recommend!

Worse customer service ever. I was willing to pay 1000$ for my baby girl christening gown but after this intimidating rude treatment I wont spend a dollar there. So disappointing
