Helpful as in this store, 3 blokes stopped what they were doing to ask if I was sorted. Product range,and price 2nd to none. Cheers team.

They have a great range of tools, however, they're franchises so if you buy a tool from one store that ends up faulty they tell you they can't help and go back to the store you bought it from - this is despite all the signage, invoices, loyalty program, etc... being one business, the stores are independent and I think males it hard to buy from them knowing you might have to travel across town to return a faulty tool. They also won't help if you don't have the packaging even when thr ACCC can't be clearer for faulty items you don't need the packaging. Easier to deal with Bunnings than these guys in that case.

What a joke of a Boxing Day sale. No discounts at all, staff mentioned customers have to spend money to get discounts of their next purchase in store within the next 2 weeks. Store was plastered with sale signs but it’s all false marketing.

Bought a Milwaukee KIT. Awesome no problems and didn’t use my grinder for some time and when I pulled it out of the box I was missing one of the flange bits to actually hold the disc. Went back and explained that and no one there really believed me and told me they would follow up. Now whether I missed or couldn’t find the message they left I was under the impression they hadn’t called me back so when I called they told me again they would call me back next week. I got a call from them this morning saying because I didn’t consult or inform them within “a day or a week or so” that they would not help me fix this issue. They said because they hadn’t opened the box that it was definitely in there (again they didn’t believe me) and told me that they couldn’t help me at all. No solution to fix the problem from Noel or Nole I spoke to on the phone. Quite disappointed with the amount of money I have spent there.

On the 9/3/23 I purchased a makita multi tool kit 40v, the item was not in stock but I was told it has been ordered in and should be available for pick up the following week which generally is always the case. It’s now the 28/3/23 and the tool has not arrived but I have received my redemption tool from Makita due to the purchase. After 2 calls to total tools in the last few weeks i decided to contact makita head office. Makita advised me there’s no shortages and they have the items in stock and there’s no hold up on there end, she told me to contact total tools and have them call makita. I followed her advice straight after our conversation. After the chasing up and ringing around I was contacted back by total tools they told me it was makita fault on there end and the tool is now in transit, I don’t buy that cause total tool has had over 3 weeks and 2 previous calls from my self to look into it, it took the customer (me) to chase up call around for a tool which has been paid in full and were talking over a $1000 not good enough total tools fountain gate

Bought the Detroit 750mm wall mount workshop fan today, installed straight away in my fabrication shop.Works great, good value.

I purchased a high water pressure system from Total Tools in Narre Warren, but it stopped working within a day. I promptly returned to the store, seeking repair or replacement as I needed it to function quickly. The issue was due to overfilling of oil in the machine, causing the malfunction. However, the customer service experience has been highly unsatisfactory. Despite my efforts to explain the situation and find a resolution, they have been unhelpful and unwilling to address the problem. They have been simply passing me on without resolving the issue. Absolutely shocking experience here with online sales. Buy products online, tell me in stock 1 of 3 stores closest to me, drive 90 mins to store, minutes before arriving get phone call saying go to Currum Downs no stock here. Insult me with an offer of $10 for fuel. Going back to Sydney tools.Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND TOTAL TOOLS.

A couple of the blokes here got the worst attitude, Specially if your returning some faulty product they make it like the money is coming out of their pockets SMH
