Heart & Soul Coffee Lounge
Warm & cozy atmosphere situated in the main street of Mount Evelyn with ample parking behind. Extremely well priced dishes that are surprisingly well prepared and presented. Coffee is up there with the best and the staff who exhibit fantastic customer service are also accommodating of children of all ages. A must try!

The service was terrible. I ordered chicken cranberry and brie to go. It was not super busy but i had to wait for 40 min for my order. The staff are not friendly at all and looks confused like they don't know what they're doing. I also ordered orange juice and that order was sitting on the bench for about 12 min until i asked again if someone was going to make the juice at all.. then a girl who was at the cashier walked to the fridge got out a container of oranges and put a few in the juicer with her bare hands which she was just handling cash and not bother washing it. The machine looks like didn't get to clean often full of oranges too.When i finally received my order i walked back to the car which is parked just outside the shop and i started consumed the food straight away while my husband drove away. Half way through eating i felt absolutely sick. Felt nausea and pain in the stomach. I did manage to finish 3/4 of it. However i felt very sick for the rest of the day. The next day i felt the same and also ended with runs. I believe the food was not done properly and uncleaned!!!I would never go back there again and if anyone asks i will encourage them to go somewhere else.Its not worth the Risk and time on top of the prices they charge.

Good coffee. Delicious, good quality hash stack breakfast. Good sized Ham n cheese croissant. Polite staff. And love how they're supporting the local community with the 'toilet gallery', give yourself some extra time to visit the toilet, it's a brilliant idea. Will now be one of our places to stop in for breakfast next time we're travelling in the area. Remember to order at the counter, cards accepted.

The photo doesn't show the whole meal. I ate some of it before I realised how delicious it was! REALLY tasty, generous and yummmy! Even the sourdough toast ranked with the best toast I've eaten. They allowed us to swap in avocado to make a vegetarian Big Breakfast. Top marks.

Came here the second time ordering the big brekkie (hash stack and chicken avo sandwich previously was both so yum as well, best hashbrowns n creamy hollandise sauce perfectly made), and still consistently serving heartily delicious food. Big value for money, friendly homely staff, really leaving you feeling nourished in your heart & soul :)

Bangin' coffee. Food is consistently delicious. Service does take a little longer than most places but it's well-worth the wait. Love this place.

Lovely. Ordered a hash brown stack and a hokey pokey slice which I believe is home-made. I’m a big fan of their home-made muffins too. Food was great. Hash brown was crispy even take away! And they’re not stingy with avocado.
