Great customer service. All of the staff are friendly, always greeting me with a smile. The store is always clean, and they have the BEST coffee!!Thank you for being our local 7/11, we wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I want to tell everybody to avoid this place as their staff don’t know what’s customer service mean. The guy named Jatinder is not know even how to speak with a customer. He was doing filling and cleaning, afterwards just come to service without washing or sanitation. Then on counter he started arguing with customer, I saw one and then another one. Even, He came out of his box to threaten the customer. It’s very rude and disgusting person in Australia. People like him are shame for entire community. He is killing some business by working like this. Owner should sack him to save his business.

Custom-care none!09/04/22 at about 5am I stopped at this 7 Eleven but I was totally ignored from the worker in service!!!First time I stopped here!Pasted few times in front of the door and the usual sound of detector was working perfectly! I moved few times trying to get the attention of the worker which didn’t care at all! He couldn’t even bother turning around for a usual ( ok I saw you and be to you in a second )Impossibile that he couldn’t see me!I work on the road each night and I’m a good customer of 7 Eleven!Just make sure this person shows respect towards the customer!His not the only one that works if he works!I look forward to receive a reply from a managerRegardsDario S.Thank you

I agree with Ravi, he is right and Jatinder was the guy who don't know what customer service is and how to behave with customer. He was arguing in anger with Ravi for nothing. Story which he is telling is all lie, Jatinder is an idiot whom I have three other occasion behaving same way, one of them was with an old lady for car wash. No body should be treated like her.

No coffee cups, guy behind the counter didn't care and wouldn't even get off his phone long enough to bother apologising or making a sign before we made coffees.

Staff here went above and beyond to assist with an odd request that falls clear outside of their job description.

For a petrol station, these people have surprisingly good service. I'm sure they don't remember me (having only used them a few times) yet twice they've made me laugh from a simple 1 minute petrol purchase. It's enough to make me look forward to getting my petrol there...which says a lot for a tedious chore

*** WOW TERRIBLE***Where to start... the Indian ‘gentleman’ with the funny mustache pretty much yelled at two customers because they didn’t know where the ice was.The first time I ever went to this servo I used the car wash and NO SOAP came out of the wash... causing marks on my car. (I noticed a couple of people have complained about the demage caused by the car wash)When I went back and asked for my money he said “that’s a lie and impossible, you did something wrong”Then he continued to argue about refunding my money.Messy and dirty in general. Shame because 7/11 usually are tops.

How about employing people who have a clue about what they are doing? Went to get a car wash and utterly hopeless and clueless staff member couldn't even get the basics of this right when the wash stopped working. Ended up with a half wet dirty car because the employee had NO CLUE how the machine even worked. Very disappointing, won't be back EVER.
