Absolutely awful experience. Had to go to court against the firm I thought was helping me.Make sure you get a signature and a CLEAR cost breakdown before you decide to do anything. If you need support, contact the Law Society of NSW for more information on ethics and processes legal cowboys are governed by.Overall, this process sucked and wasted my time. I'd strongly advise against using this firm.

I agree with Laura, I had overcharging, mystery charges and then the representation was non-existent. Rather than progressing the matter, they're more concerned with converting you to a cash cow and extracting as much $$ as they can before you leave disappointed with the lack of service and progress. You will be forever chasing them up and doing the work for them, including proof reading their drafts.
