Coles is really easy to get into than other stores more open areas underneath the store

Close to home, friendly staff, good facilities. In a center that offer variety of services.

Large store, which is well stocked and easy to navigate. The produce is fresh and the prices comparable to major cities. Friendly, helpful staff and a choice of checkouts. Cash / Cards accepted.

Have a great range of products. Very friendly and helpful staff. Store located in centro mall. Has great parking. Pricing is higher than all product comparisons at aldi. Would be better to have more staffing at checkouts rather then having huge line ups at the self serve.

David is the best customer service rep, if I was rating him I’d be giving five stars, but unfortunately his coworkers and the general store bring the rating right down.They only seem to have stock on Wednesdays, even if they have a trolley with the item on on they won’t help you. Their meat section is rarely stocked, prices aren’t ever correct or missing completely and I rarely buy from the fresh food section now, it’s high priced with some pretty gross selections.I have told them that their chicken section is partly freezing the chickens so by the time they get home they’re thawed and I need to refreeze which isn’t really safe…the staff member I told just nodded and it hasn’t changed.The staff (besides David) are either kind but clueless or completely nonchalant and never follow up on feedback or even verbally communicate. A shrug is about as good as it gets…but I think the attitude probably comes from the top down.I find the blonde female manager to be the rudest and if she ever smiled I’d probably faint.There is the odd packing staff that is kind and polite but it’s not common and I think the best of them seem to have left. Who’d blame them?I come from out of town fortnightly to do a bulk shop and I usually go through the self serve with three trollies because they only ever have 12 items or less open and take so long to open a new aisle that the customers behind me get agitated and I feel really uncomfortable…They are really not great with customer service as a whole and if it wasn’t for flybuys I would go to Woolworths.
