Alex, Howie and Solid Solar Services were professional, friendly service. Alex has patiently explain to us about solar panel. Because our Wifi does not connect to the inverter, therefore Howie has remorely figure out the issues and link the converter to the smart meter so we could track how much power the panel has generated.Thank you Alex & Howie for the great service.

Fantastic service from Alex and his team right from the very beginning. Great communication, he explained everything. On the day his team were efficient, respectful and tidy. They really went above and beyond. The system is fantastic, love the app where you can see exactly how much you’re producing and using at any time. They handled all the paperwork - the rebate claim side and notification of our existing provider. They made it all super easy and I would absolutely recommend them - highly!!
