After a small misunderstanding, Daniel from running stitch eastland provided great customer service and helped me understand exactly how my suit jacket and pants needed to be mended. I would be coming back again to hopefully get some suggestions for my business shirts. If they continue like this, I'll continue to be a repeat customer.

There is nothing in this world Daniel can't do. Our entire family gives him all sorts of challenges; from altering 'Festival' pants, mending traditional kilts and adding fur into jacket collars. The work is excellent and Daniel's 'I-can-do-anything' approach sets him apart from others.

We had an incredibly urgent alteration that needed to be done the same day. It wasn't a small job but they were very accommodating and completed the job within the time-frame we needed. The workmanship was good, the customer service was great, and we were very happy!
