Ordered monument fence & gate by a helpful team who was punctual in delivery & although our brackets were unavailable at the time of purchase, they were kind enough to give them to us complimentary once they arrived. Also wanted to add the products were great quality!

Ordered a complete DIY package with what should have been enough to build a fence. Delivery guys couldn't be bothered to return calls. Once it was dropped off (or should I say dumped), it didn't come with enough posts. Apparently a starter post is not included - which was not mentioned anywhere, and not mentioned on the phone when arranging the order.Customer service was significantly lacking, emails (and followup emails) were ignored or took days to get back to with the barest minimum effort in their replies. Several phonecalls that ended with their promises of I will chase that up and get back to you in 5 minutes" were not followed up and the promised call backs didn't happen."

Recently purchased gates and fencing. Staff were very helpful both before and after the purchase. I initially contacted the office to discuss the products before placing the order online. Also, collected order in 24 hours. Thank you

Visited this morning and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped me out with organising the material I need for my 15m blade fence with sliding gate. All the displays outside where amazing. Great place for all your gate and fencing needs.
