This place is huge and has everything you could possibly want to keep the kids entertained. Rock climbing, bumper cars, ball pit, slides and the trampoline park!

Hugh play centre suitable for different age kids. Rock climbing, trampoline, slides, bumping cars, baby/toddler area, etc. Kids love to come here and spend the whole day with their friends. Their party packages are reasonably priced, you can also add on balloon decorations with extra money. They recently renovated with extra sitting area which was a big success, it gets really busy during weekend and school holidays, but most of the time you will find somewhere to sit and relax.

All of the kids play spaces were fantastic. With better seating, it would have been 5 stars easily.I have an age spread, and there is something for the all. Pay to ride cars and train. Huge trampoline section. Rock climbing for those tall enough. Lego wall, and the most massive ball pit I’ve ever seen. PLUS the climbing jungle and volcano. When your hungry, grab the typical chips and fried foods, or try out a great variety of delicious Asian dishes! You will be here for hours. But securing a table can be tough. Particularly on the weekends when people just aren’t leaving. All together a great place for kids and worth while visiting.

This place is a nightmare and expensive for what it's worth. If you are non-Asian the staff are very rude to you and they won't allow you to check on the safety of your children. I was accosted by a member of staff (wearing plain clothes) to leave the play area when I went to check on my son. The same happened to a Caucasian lady who had four children. My son was told off as he hadn't paid separately for rock climbing or the trampoline and was told he could only play on the slides. I was told no outside food was allowed however, if you were Asian you were allowed to bring your own food from outside and eat inside the eating area. Whilst my wife was feeding our newborn the cleaner sprayed cleaning spray where they were sitting which almost came in contact with our newborn and wife (its a shame the toilets/restroom areas were filthy). IF you are prepared to come here be prepared for some serious arguing, disappointments and over priced play areas which I would not deem unsafe.

Maintenance need to be looked at. They were so many broken foamy stairs on the play area. The ball guns not working at all. Overall, nice experience. I like the concept of lego wall. I would really recommend to come in week days to double the fun otherwise it gonna be so crowded.

I've taken my kids here quite a few times for a play and for parties since they've opened. Overall it is not a cheap activity if you compare to other play centres but my kids love it here and can spend all day here if I let them. We usually just do the $30 entry to the standard play area and that's enough for them. The lego wall & ball pit alone keeps them occupied for ages. The best part for me is a complete menu on offer. Restaurant quality Asian dishes, fish/nuggets & chips, iced drinks, barista coffee, cake slices, fruit plates etc etc I don't have to stop by anywhere afterwards for lunch, win-win! Would be amazing if they brought it out to the table or buzzer system. It's a challenge if you have young kids with you sitting at the table waiting by themselves vs having them stand and wait 20mins with you for food.Improvements can be made in the running of the parties from my experience, the main part is lack of an attendant or host. You have to hunt staff down if you need something. Not easy on a weekend when it's full house with hundreds of people in the centre.Overall a great play centre we will keep returning to and I have seen it has made improvements over time to give a better service offering.

I was extremely impressed with the staff and the support they gave to us. It was a extremely hectic day for them all day. Their response was very positive. We cleaned our room stacked dishes to support their workload at the end of the day.Thankyou everyone for a wonderful afternoon for the birthday party of twins. My eldest grandson lost his phone their but staff also said after closing they would try and locate it if it is still in the centre, thank you.If anyone outside of the centre (visitors) have found the phone please could you return it to the office staff for he needs the phone for communication with family when anxiety attacks him.

Had son's 4th birthday party here. Was epic, rooms organised well. All children happy and Adults happy that the children are happy. So for all the stingy commentary below about the one single ride being too costly: it's only $10 per ride and $25 for 3. Just buy some more credits! It is clearly stipulated. Rainbow Town is a great place where they combine ball pit, slides, soft play, soft bumper cars, rock climbing and trampolines. Also, there is a claw machine room with more seats for all the people who can't get there earlier in the day! Good luck!

Today we celebrated а birthday of а four-year-old son of our friends!!! very happy that they chose this beautiful place. children and parents enjoyed a huge maze, many different slides and a carousel. Nice and too much fun karting! Very clean and well maintained play area. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was well prepared and tasty and the waiter served the kids, they also really enjoyed it. Even though we live far away, we will still come back!
