Fast and friendly top quality service. I sent several clipper blades to be sharpened including a broken set of blades. I had to send via post (due to lockdown) however the team were very fast to service and repair my blades, but also to have them delivered all blades were sharpened and fixed, including a lovely follow up call to notify me that they were able to do so. The Clipper Shop will now be my first destination for grooming essentials and blade sharpening! Love how the blades were returned in a cardboard box with 16 compartments which perfectly fit the blades, which can be reused for when I next need to have my blades sharpened!

I strongly advise getting a receipt of any goods left here to be repaired as my Wahl clippers were left there and they cannot find them nor will they admit they were ever left with them.I had just had the clippers repaired by them and dropped them a few weeks later so took them back to be repaired again.I received a telephone call from The Clipper Shop telling me that they needed a part which had to be ordered and no date as to when the part would be in, also it could be a costly part.When I went to pick them up they could not find them or any record that they received them (or the first repair for that matter).After looking into their records they did find the first repair but not anything about having them returned nor would they acknowledge any phone call made to me. I am so sure about this I asked them to check phone records for a call made to me.As they will not have any further correspondence with me regarding this I am left with no option but to warn others to make sure you get a receipt, ticket or anything to prove you have left anything with them.

Purchased a battery powered pair is clippers for my dog. They have a great range of clippers and accessories for use on many different animals. I purchased an in house manufactured pair of clippers, I have already used them on my dog. The blades appear to be some kind of high carbon steel which are nice and sharp and cut through his hair like butter. Important to note that they offer blade sharpening to keep the clippers operating at 100% efficiency. Definitely recommend their product.

Fantastic customer service. Dom called to make sure the clipper blades I ordered were the most suitable ones for my requirements and was happy to switch for the better option once we discussed this. Couldn't be any happier

I recently purchased a dryer, cordless clipper and a clipper blade for our dog. I was not happy with the clippers so Dominic was more than happy for me to return the clippers and offered a full credit to use in store. Has been helpful in every aspect. Fantastic service and highly recommend. Just waiting on supply of another cordless clipper which we will be purchasing.Will not shop anywhere else for our needs.Thank you clipper shop.After waiting for new stock to arrive of their own cordless clippers the X3K we finally got them and they are fantastic. Great battery life, second battery just incase and very easy to use with a fantstic cut. We have 2 standard poodles and it handled their coats with ease. Highly recommend and great value for money.We also purchased an electric grooming table and couldn't be happier, once again dominics service was outstanding. Will not go anywhere else for our grooming needs. Do yourself a favour and speak with dominic and find out first hand how good the service is.

I recently purchased the PetJet Twin dryer. Before I purchased I sought advice from Dominic. I was tossing up between two models and he helped me decide by providing really practical and helpful advice. I have been a customer of the clipper shop for over a year and purchased many items from them. I'm never disappointed. The service is always outstanding. My delivery also arrived so quickly. As a dog groomer, it’s nice to find a business like these guys who understand the importance of our equipment and they understand that our equipment is our lives! Recently my big dryer died and they had it fixed in a day. They knew that I had basically lost my right arm and work was going to be harder without it. They saved me!

The Clipper shop was recommended to me by someone on FB Poodle page. I'm so grateful they did! They had a huge range and were very affordable as I'd been looking for a good grooming table for a while. I ordered a grooming table & Andis trimmers. The customer service I received from Domenic was amazing. I received a phone call to update me about the courier and when I would be receiving my goods. Postage was so quick, I ordered on a Friday and I received it on the Monday which is amazing considering I live in a different state! I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the table and the trimmers. Its very rare in this day and age to find such great customer service and people who genuinely care about their customers. I also received a follow up call to ensure I was happy with everything. I'm so impressed with this business and will definitely be using them for all my future grooming needs. 10/10

I have been using The Clipper Shop for a year now. I should have written a review and given thanks a long time ago because I have been more than impressed with this business. Their service is second to none and the attention to servicing my equipment and repairs is of very high standard. Communication is brilliant. The return post of my equipment is always very speedy even in busy periods. The funny thing is, they do such a good sharpening job that I don't send my gear away as often as I used to with other businesses. My scissors and blades stay sharp for so long. I highly recommend.
