Repco North Lakes

went in looking for fabric glue to fix up some failing interior trim. was in there for about 5-10 minutes in what i thought was the correct section, multiple staff members walked past me, wasn't greeted, wasn't offered assistance so i left without making a purchase. Rip every poor c@nt off strikes again.

Always helpful and they actually have parts on site.

I am writing this because , just now i was looking for battery and seen the review from Ariana saying the same incident i came through in the same store 3 weeks before , i left not write because may be I am worng but NO . On that day the guy is sitting infront of the desk was so ignorant of customer and talking over the phone talking his personal not even about any parts what he going order what i heard of . that time I went for looking for new radiator to be order through them and went to the shop and this happened , he done even look up to help , just like we there for donation . even I waited 2 minute or more to finish his talking . it was nealry 425pm in the afternoon . When I made him aware that I am going to leave and you continue over the phone ...Now I was looking to buy a battery but i am not going to that shop where the guys working thinking customers are nothing for them like they are doing favour .I wont recomnd this place for any one !!!!!!!!!!!!!LESS THAN ONE STAR 000000 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a battery I got a discount of $60 off so I paid $240 for it

Friendly staff who are ever helpful. Plenty of parking avaIlable on site. Shopped here a few times and have always had the staff approach to assist without even having to ask for assistance.

Was caught out with battery problems away from home. Corey went above & beyond making phone calls & ensuring that we had the right solution to the problem rather than a 'this will do' attitude. Was extremely impressed with how helpful & obliging the team at North Lakes Repco were & can only give them the highest recommendation!
