Just Cuts

My friend got kicked out as a mother, and got told by one of your staff that it would be best for the kid if she left. She was very upset, and so am I. NOT good service, rude staff.

Very friendly and professional crew. Very good at their trade and could not be happier. Never had a bad hair day in this business!

I got a trim there twice. But l noticed their hairdressers are not as creative and talented, not unlike other salons l went in the past. They are good doing hair for old people not with young women. Their not trendy. Very old fashioned.

I've had really good experiences here over the past 5 years, sometimes getting 5 star service, sometimes 3.5 star, but the prices for a middle school student are reasonable and I always get the haircut I want. Apparently others have had bad experiences here but not in my experience. My little brother's about to go there again today... we'll see how he goes.

I’ve used this Just Cuts branch for 10 years now and will commend the usually friendly and professional team. However, I’m extremely disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to stay in the shop while my 7 and 8-year-olds were getting their hair cut.I respect the need for social distancing, and have always strictly adhered to their Covid-safe requirements, but seeing that my sons and I were the only customers at the shop at that time, and my boys are CHILDREN, I don’t think it was OK to usher me out of the shop and be unable to see how their haircuts were going. The reason they gave was that they didn’t want to have to sanitise the chair I was sitting on…only to then start sanitising it once I got up to leave. ????If they hadn’t already started on my boys, I definitely would not have proceeded. Years of loyalty undone by the rude manner in which I was spoken to. I’ll stress that the stylists working on my sons were amazing with their customer service. But I wasn’t satisfied with one of their haircuts. Not the stylist’s fault. This could have been easily rectified if I had been able to see what was going on! So, no thanks to rude woman who demanded I left.Changed my rating from 4 stars to 2, and added this essay of a complaint. Won’t be returning, and will certainly let family and friends know of my experience.

Was worried about the young girl. She did a good job regardless

We took our 2.5 year old daughter to get her hair cut. She isn't keen on having her hair cut or being around people she doesn't know. The hairdresser made her feel very comfortable and was able to distract her with games and videos, knew exactly what to do. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Gets a bit busy sometimes and wait times could be over an hour. But great customer service once in.
