Good range, well stocked and helpful friendly staff

Mr Toys toy world has always been a kids dream to go to!This particular location has plenty of stock and is decently sized. One thing I have always appreciated about this store is how well it's organised, every isle was sorted and extremely clean especially since its a kids store where everything gets moved ;) One thing to note is that the prices at toy stores are going to be pricey but I've got a tip!If you find the same item cheaper and its a store that you can physically go aka Kmart, Target, they will price match it which is awesome.All the staff I've encounter have been super helpful and not in your face.Definitely recommend !!!!!

I could have not wished for a better experience for myself and my children. All of the staff were extremely helpful, especially Lyn she went out of her way to make us feel important and was very attentive to our needs. Will definitely be back to shop in this store again. I rang 4 other stores around Brisbane to get the Boba Fett helmet in Lego, all said they could not help me. When I rang Capalaba they did not have it in stock, but they tracked one down for me and got it sent to the Capalaba store for me to pick up. They were the only store that was prepared to go the extra mile for me, the staff were great, so now I go out of my way to give them my custom. Thanks again team.

Amazing staff!! Felt so looked after and wonderful. Came in just for a look at a few things, and ended up spending over $200 haha. Not that I minded, the service and range were great, and had an amazing experience. Will be coming back <3

I love that they had a Huge range of selections for every category of toy, even in there old school range of toys and board games and you don't feel overwhelmed in choosing. Thank you Mr Toys Toyworld of Capalaba
