Mitchell's Realty at Hervey Bay have been especially very helpful to me in selecting and purchasing my new home. At first, the video of the house spiked my interest, I felt as if I was actually on a physical tour, and it saved a lot of time instead of travelling around to different locations.So after answering all my telephone questions and making arrangements for a physical inspection, Scott met me at the Hervey Bay airport, which I appreciated very much. I signed the contract then he drove me to the hotel, arranged for the sellers to sign, then delivered the contract to me at the hotel. Very helpful indeed.Then, upon the final pre-settlement inspection Katrina met me at the airport, dove me to the bank and other locations in the area, then to the solicitor, for final payment. There was also a very helpful arrangement in collecting the keys after final settlement date. So a very friendly and efficient experience in purchasing my new home.In fact the whole team in the office were very cheerful and helpful also. Outstanding͏ Wide Bay agency.Agent’s objective is to obtain the best possible sale price, which takes more tabs effort on their part but they are prepared to do this which is what differentiates them from normal agents. My experience with normal agents is that they just aim for a quick and easy sale so they can move onto the next one or just take it easy. The Scott Mitchell agency also aims to act as a good corporate citizen in that they will not accept all houses for listings - they do not want a reputation for selling sub-standard properties. This acts as a comfort factor for purchasers too. They aim for a “win-win”.
