CPAP Direct Sunshine Coast

Trying to contact Maroochydore - Poor phone service. Rang only to be told, must leave a message and they will ring back. Never rang back. I rang back again and was told the same message. I advised the person on the phone I have been waiting 2 days for a reply, I can only take a messageApparently, another organisation takes the messages and passes them on. Once CPAP found out about the issue they responded quickly to resolve

Post update following initial post. Thankyou Bryce for your prompt contact following this review and remedy of this issue. I really appreciate you personally delivering the correct item, the appology and the update on the change of phone message process. Initial post : After waiting over a half an hour to be served ( which I didn't have a problem with) I asked for what I needed and had previously puchased. Over three times the sales assistant asked me and I even held out my phone and she read it out P30i small starter kit. She handed me a starter kit, an eftpos receipt only, said goodbye and started talking to another sales assistant. I drove the half hour home and then found she had given me the wrong starter kit. Two calls diverted to an answering service that says I will be called back ASAP and no call back.

I have been a customer of this shop for almost three years now. The staff are extremely helpful and competent and will go the extra mile to make you happy. Whenever I have an issue the staff will solve them to my greatest satisfaction. It is a blessing having such a shop at the Coast!

Attended Maroochydore Store to purchase an Air Mini and battery for upcoming overseas travel. Served by Ainslie H who was very professional and friendly. Fully explained the machine and battery and then assisted to download the app to my phone and entered all the required information for me. Got the machine and battery and explained how to connect each and actually showed me how to connect them and the mask. It was an pleasure to be served by Ainslie and would totally re commend the service.

Sebastian goes above and beyond to help a bloke out. Great customer service in what was an extremely busy store.

Few companies have such outstanding service. CPAP Direct did everything possible to help me, Chrissy from Gladstone phoned Treen from Maryborough who borrowed a power lead to lend me while I was away. When I returned, Steve at Maroochydore helped me with the replacement. First class service, our family have been customers here over 20 years, and this is why. Thankyou CPAP direct team, you are rare and values treasures!

I agree with (c) comment some of the staff are very rude and the staff member who sold us a new product had to keep asking other staff members as he had no idea about anything. New CPAP hopeless even the hospital are trying to get information from them.can not even get a read from the card.Just had a call from Bryce regarding our problems he has gone all out to rectify the problems with the CPAP machine. Best service we have had in many years and also apologised for the problems we have had previously. Don’t ever hesitate to contact directly I wish we had don’t it earlier. Thank you for all your help.

What an amazing Team. I have always had VIP First Class Service. Recently I dealt with Bryce, he went above and beyond like he always does. Customer Service is next to none A1+++ Thank You Bryce.
