Kylie was very proactive and helpful, and explained the process in simple terms to me which made me feel comfortable about sending my items overseas with them. I received 5 boxes of my items in under a week to my door. The tracking system was timely. Very professional and open communications.

I sent my legal documents from Pack and Send, Werribee to my family in India. Initially I was told that it would take 5 days to reach India but the documents reached in just 3 days. Very excellent and timely service. Also the staff at the office explained clearly how the regular and express courier services works and he made choose the best one. I would definitely recommend to others and I wish to use more in future. Amazing Service! Keep it up!
