Don’t seem to care about people

Unreliable.

Workskil Geraldton refuses to provide important and essential information. Refuses to make any allowances for personal situations and circumstances. Refuses to do appointments over the phone. Hung up on me during a phone call. Constantly pawns off responsibility to Centerlink, the Department of Education, Skills and Employment, or blames me for situations of their own making.During an appointment I was told, verbatim, I understand you don't have access to transport but you are required to undergo 6 weeks of training".Workskil

This workskil Geraldton staff are rude and appalling, they changed my appointment 3 times, then they withdrew my online course I was doing without any discussions with them saying I hadn't completed my obligations correctly and I was never told wat I was doing was wrong even though it was electronically noted and said I had, I've been to all my required appointments, we are just a number, they don't care they just press a button to say naughty boy when there's people who do nothing at all but get away with it.lift your game treat people with respect, listen to your clients and explain things correctly.

Have helped my partner get a job so quick the staff are so helpful and so nice they are a great government facility.

Friendly and welcoming staff

My son was recently in this place, as required by a higher authority.The woman that served him was lovely. The woman that dealt with him was something else.Just plain rude.She spoke down to him and treated him like he was a naughty little boy. (he's 35)He's actually a bit upset and because his mental health is not the best all she has done is expand his feelings of anxiety and deplete his self worth.So if you people that work there could be a little bit nicer to your clients, that would be great.It's nice to be nice.What makes it worse is I believe this woman was in charge, so she should have known better. She should have understood that being without work and being sick takes its toll on peoples mental health.Because she was in a position of power and felt the need to belittle my son , I say - SHAME ON YOU NASTY WOMAN.

Not blaming workskil completely but for 2 years constantly telling them my son has epilepsy and this makes it impossible to work.not once in this time was I given any useful information. No alternatives just doctor certificates .u tell me to fill out forms so I can speak on his behalf ,then tell me there not good enough.over the 2 years since we were forced to leave paid employment. I have had no help no advice I can't even get a ph call for my councilling " u said I needed.now homeless. No wonder people end there lives the system is floored and help is not there for those who need it.every week u speak to someone different it's a joke and I don't think your staff are trained enough to help"

Corrupt, dehumanizing. No compassion to personal circumstances and was informed by the immigrant boss that they embezzle money for charities".If i could give -stars i would as 1 star is generous as they dont deserve it."
