Had a Noon booking yesterday, arrived 5 minutes ahead of time and was met by a very friendly guy. Immediately afterwards Angus came to greet me and in no time at all he shorted out the issues I had with my new mobile. He was so attentive, listened to what I needed, had it all done so quickly and even gave me a few useful quick tips. Angus certainly has excellent customer skills and he is a great asset to the team at Toowong.

walked in this morning and asked to come back at 12pm as I don't have an appointment in place.I came back again at 12pm, sitting there waiting for the same staff. But.. he seems to be so busy, keep entertaining all the walk-ins, leaving me there sitting for 30min.

Definitely the worst customer service of all QLD , I came here in 2 different times once for my iPhone and once for my Apple Watch and both of the time after waiting over an hour it was just a wasting of time. The stuff is untrained and have no idea of what they have in stock or even out to use the telstra website even today I had to show the guy step by step what to do from the telstra plus reward sistem. Once again worst shop and untrained staff definitely not coming here anymore, I even wonder what’s the point of paying people if they don’t know what they are doing .

My son is moving here from US to attend University. We have been to this store now 5 times with multiple forms of ID, lease agreements, University acceptance letters and other items and they still not completing the sale. The staff has not been very helpful trying get this done. Store Manager Michael has been the least helpful. If I could rate less than Zero I would.

Don’t waste to much of your time at this store very under trained with limited info on there products and services be prepared for a few visits before you get a result. Put aside at least 2-3 visits to leave with your items.

When, you walk in a store and observe 4 staff members, doing absolutely nothing and laughing. I was waiting for 15 minutes and not one of them, didn't even come up to me, until, I interrupted them, which I was rudely told you need to wait, for the other team member, will take my name and organise a appointment. I said, why can anyone else help....reply......we are busy. So, l laughed at her and walked out. What a joke.

The staff were friendly, genuine and eager to help! They were knowledgeable about their products and services, and really worked to provide the most suitable products and plans.Cameron especially was fantastic with helping me sort out a new plan, and get my telstra account sorted :)

Went to the store to report a fraudulent activity. Justin, super rude said he wouldn’t help me because the store would close in 2 hours (it was 3:30 and store closes at 5:30) so it would take longer than that to fill out a form. Justin you shouldn’t be working in retail, the way you treat customers is absolutely ridiculous mate. By the way I went to Optus and Vodafone and they were able to help me in under 7 minutes.

Bought the screen protector today, the staff (young guy) seems very rude and very unprofessional. I said I would like to speak with the manager, He was so helpful solve the issue in less than a minute. Thanks to the manager, only because of him giving 4 star otherwise I would have given 1 star.
