Amazing brownie! Don't know why I thought beau was next to Nomad but it isn't too far away regardless. This brownie was more fudge like than cakey - I like brownies and cookies on the moist side. Others will whinge it's underbaked. To them I say jog on!

Was there for their dinner opening.Everything was lovely with flavoursome dips in many of its dishes. The tomatoes and peaches worked together surprisingly well.As many of the other reviews suggests, the prices on the menu are high compared to their portion sizes (particularly the coral trout main dish).

I had the pleasure of visiting Dough for the first time and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The highlight of my visit was definitely their carrot cake and pecan pie, both of which were absolutely delicious! The cakes were so moist and the flavors were amazing. Even though it was only their first week of service, the staff was incredibly hospitable and made sure everyone was comfortable. The sleek and modern fit-out of the cafe, with plenty of tables inside and outside, added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend Dough to anyone looking for a beautiful space, delicious food, and great hospitality. The Nomad Group has done an amazing job with this cafe.

New bakery / eatery on a cute laneway open 7am till late everyday. If you enjoyed Nomad, definitely give Beau a visit!Have been on a few occasions now - for a quick brekkie and dinner! The staff were super attentive and friendly :) The coffees are great - they use my favourite oat milk (oatly). We had the classic za’atar and mixed veges plate for breakfast, the combination of everything was amazing. For dinner - definitely get the fish burger, hummus and flat bread, so tasty albeit on the pricier side for middle eastern!

I stumbled across this place looking for a coffee and a bite on a Sunday morning when AP Bakery & Single O were overflowing. I walked past this joint and at the last table saw a Manoush and ducked in to try not knowing what was on offer. Dougie sat me down and explained the menu and that they only opened earlier in the month. I ordered the vegetable plate and Hummus with Spiced Beef and had a latte and an iced long black. All the young wait staff were friendly and helpful and most importantly the food was super fresh and beyond delicious. The fresh herbs on the vegetable plate along with the pickles etc made for the best little couple of flavoursome pockets with the one flatbread I had. What a winning endeavour. I think the previous harsh reviews are a bit unfairly judging of a place that only been operating a short time. IMHO better to get your complaint properly dealt with at the time than gripe online.

Hidden causal eatery in surry hills !Great bakery and pastries, very nice vibes, especially the cool design of the outdoor seating along the windows.A bit overpriced and service was a bit slow !

Beau & Dough knows some good no frills Lebanese breakfast! So much flavour and freshness and quality in such simple dishes. Simple dishes, done well.

Delicious brunch food, great coffee and creative setting! I've been coming here three weeks in a row, and have tried most of the breads on the menu. My favourite is the egg&cheese version, but all the other ones are great as well.Service is lovely and friendly all around. Not sure what the negative reviews are about, so I thought I'd chime in and help out a bit since I personally love the food and the experience here.Yes, you can definitely get cheaper, better and more authentic bread in Lakemba/Auburn. But you can probably get even cheaper/better in Beirut and even more cheaper in the mountains of Lebanon. So what? This isn't about the most authentic or cheapest bakery, and reviews shouldn't be about proving cultural knowledge or being snobbish about authenticity and costs. It's about simple, delicious brunch cruine introduced to mainly non-Middle Eastern audience, in a relaxed and comfortable setting with great service. Prices are comparable to any other brunch in the Surry Hills area, so don't say you're willing to pay $30 for some avocado toast but not $30 for manoush. If a nice brunch in a relaxed setting is what you're looking for, you really should ignore the negative reviews and give Beau & Dough a try, you won't regret it!

We ordered spiced lamb and Sujuk egg and cheese manoush. Both are very nice, rich flavour. Crispy on the outside and soft chewy on the inside of the bread. Only downside was the coffee. They have regular coffee only and the coffee cup is rather small and price is expensive.
