Fantastic solo dining experience. My waiter Tiberio put on an impressive performance as he made my cocktail at my table. He was friendly, professional and ensured my meal was suitable to my dietary requirement. My entrè beef Carpaccio and main looked Huon Tasmanian salmon both looked like masterpieces! The skin of the fish was well seasoned and crispy and the sauce tasted sensational. The restaurant is top quality, with a good menu and moody setting in the evening. The experience could only be made better if guests were better dressed.

First of all, the dining experience tonight was very poor! The waiters were very nice, the presentation of each dish was perfect, but the taste was subpar, to say the least! Too much thought was put into the appearance of each dish, with no focus on taste at all. One of the 160g steaks had no beef flavor at all, not even as good as the beef in the supermarket! Only the pasta and bread were okay.Secondly, as a courtesy, we ate all the food even though it didn't taste as good as it should. Because we don't like to waste food, this was taken by the manager as us not being able to afford to consume and was deliberately picking a fight! Such a very disappointing response!In conclusion, I would like to say that the food in this restaurant does not deserve a 4.3 rating at all, it can be described as very disappointing and we will never come back. Would not recommend anyone to come here to waste their money and time.

Flynn’s by Crystalbrook is a fabulous restaurant! The decor is modern and we loved the open kitchen. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! Every meal was presented beautifully and tasted so good!We are looking forward to next visit ~ thank you for a great night!

Wow!!! If you are a foodie or just want to enjoy a great meal and experience then Flyns Italian is the place to go. The 4 course set menu and wine is an amazing experience to enjoy with your loved ones.Sit down and enjoy the food and wine, the service is graceful and the scenery is just perfect!The bruschetta as an appetiser, then the veal ragu as entree and the steak for dinner with panna cotta desert and Riesling wine, its freaking amazing!!!All meals come with its own selected and paired wine thats delicious, with every bite and sip theres an explosion of flavours in your mouth.Also, its the perfect amount of food, and perfect amount of wine unless you want an extra kick, then another glass or two will go down divine. This place will not disappoint, and the food presentation…wowza!! Thank you chefs!!

I would highly recommend dining at Flynn's Italian! The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed their dishes immensely. They do a creative, modern take on some traditional Italian dishes with the pasta and gnocchi being standout favourites. The staff provided the service of a fine dining restaurant but it was very kid friendly and staff were happy to alter dishes to suit our needs. Trying the Limoncello after is a must. Will definitely continue to go back.

Had a great dinner here. Had the set menu with matched wines which they did very well. Lovely food, great service from our main waiter Simone. Would definitely come back.

Food was fantastic! The tiramisu was a different version and was the best we’ve ever had! Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Greeted by a lovely Italian girl when we arrived. Service fantastic. Food exceptional. I had the beef carpaccio for entree which was delicious and gnocchi with ragout for my main which was fabulous.The restaurant itself just lacks a little bit of warmth, the atmosphere was a little stark.
