I really enjoyed my time at the Riverside apartments. Craig was very helpful and I received a welcome pack via email with all the instructions. Craig was also available at any time if I needed help with anything.The apartment itself had incredible views of the city, river and storey bridge - including a lap pool and gym. With everything on hand, it was very comfortable, neat and tidy.I would definitely stay there again.

Craig and his team have been managing our unit for over 3 months now. The occupancy rate is very high and all the guests have given 5 star reviews. Craig is a professional manager with great communication skills. He is very responsive both to guests' inquiries/needs and our questions. He provides a very detailed welcome pack to guests and keeps in contact with guests from the initial inquiry, prior, during and after their stay. He runs the business efficiently and smoothly by employing in house cleaning and maintenance staff. Our guests reported a problem with the washing machine. Craig sent the maintenance staff to check it out and recommended replacing it with a new one. The new washing machine was delivered to the unit the next day. This super efficient service exceeded the guests’ expectations. We are very pleased with Craig and his team from SleepOver Brisbane. We would not hesitate to recommend SleepOver Brisbane to anyone looking for a high quality property manager.

Wow is all we can say about Sleepover Brisbane... We changed from a long term rental (agency managed) to short stays. The way Sleepover Brisbane handled our changeover was outstanding and seamless (considering we lived in NSW).
