Well, it’s neither Hawaiian nor Japanese! Food was some hybrid of Mexican burrito, Japanese inspiration and Australian soft rice. Sturdy food that’s pretty good and certainly filling, just not sushi.As increasingly the case in Australia this year, owners deny all knowledge of specials posted on their website. “ Oh, that’s the OLD website”

A MUST GO!!! Super friendly staff & restaurant quality sushi make this a Yamba highlight for us. They didn’t have any tuna and cucumber for the kids so they made it to order with a smile. The salmon poke was delicious! I can’t recommend it enough!

Worst food ever!!!! Came here because of the reviews so I’m guessing none of these people have ever had real good quality sushi before these weren’t even half decent i would deffs give 0 stars if I could poke bowls were disgusting rotten salad and chewy disgusting salmon sushi rolls had so much rice was so dry also had ginger in it that turned brown and spring onion some rolls had cabbage definitely not sushi vegetables in sushi bowls and rolls were brown and some parts rotten please change the store name what a disgrace to call this Hawaiian poke or sushi for that matter

Unfortunately I can't give a zero for customer service. I ordered 2 sushi rolls which I wanted in a container. The young girl, who couldn't greet me with a smile, said the rolls wouldn't fit in one container. She proceeded to just charge me for one. I said I wanted them both. For some reason this upset her. She picked the second one up with her bare hand. I pointed out she should be using tongs or gloves. I guess this really upset her as the next thing she did was throw the container on the counter at me. Needless to say, I wasn't buying their food with that kind of service. I was quite upset. Management heard and saw what was going on but didn't say anything. So I can't comment on the food but if the attitude of the staff is anything to by...

This place is awesome! The staff are so friendly and the poke bowl was amazing... fresh veggies and melt-in-your-mouth fish. The complimentary coconut green tea was a nice touch. I only wish I lived closer so I could come back more often. Thanks guys :)
