Awful scammers/fraud at work

Do not waste your time buying a screen protector from these guys! I bought and had a phone protector fitted to my brand new Samsung s21ultra and the fingerprint does not work!.I have called several times and left my number to sort something out, they did not respond or call me back $30 wasted go else where. They happy to take your money but not fix the issue. They have had 4 weeks to respond but like most companies today, they are not interested.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a screen protector and it lasted 4 weeks then just fell off and the rude ladie refused to replace it. After only 4 weeks terrible products and staff!!!!

I don't usually do reviews but the staff member named Angela at hyperdome was very lovely and so helpful to me I will be definitely visiting again thank you for your great customer service you dont see enough of these days..

Bought a screen protector and fitted by this store for Samsung S23, Blacktech Glass, no sooner walked away fingerprint didn't work, returned 3 times , last they replaced screen and now it's not even sticking to phone. Bad service don't seem to care or have any pride in work.

0 STARS. MOBILE BEATS - DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. A small shop in the middle of the Hyperdome, we took our new iPhones there for tempered glass and I also brought a phone case. Total $60. After 2 days, while takng the case off for the first time the tempered?? glass started shattering and cracked. My hand was cut and the glass was breaking off into fragments. Took phone, case and receipt back and rudely told this is ‘wear and tear, we’re not responsible ‘. Even though they put the glass on and it was their phone case. Don’t use them and if you’ve had a bad experience with them, make a complaint to consumer rights. They’re using cheap products but charging a lot and think they are covered by ‘wear and tear’. The larger stores would have replaced this immediately.
