Very very very unprofessional and unorganised. Delayed my sister and her husbands wedding as he was not prepared and missing vital equipment to complete the job he was payed for. Many major hiccups throughout the night which put a complete dampener and unnecessary stress on my sister and her husband on their wedding night. Would strongly suggest to look elsewhere when hiring a DJ.

Having been a client of Michael’s on 3 occasions the comments about him being unprofessional and the like are the furthest from the truth. My dealings with Weddings Parties Entertainment and the entire team has been nothing short of “5 star”. It’s disappointing to read these negative reviews (they are all from the same event and it’s nothing short of lies, malicious and calculated slander. These people are trying to blackmail Weddings Parties Entertainment. Michael King and his team were fantastic. The portal they provide on their site is great to help with planning and making sure you have all your ducks in a row.They were great to chat with prior to the wedding and helped with ensuring we had the best music to fit our wish to have a FUN wedding.At the reception Michael was awesome. He was fun and really engaging. He kept everything running on track and music going! The games they put on were a lot of fun and they didn't even complain our outdoor wedding got a tad wet!He also stayed back longer than he was obligated to as everyone was having a great time and he was kind enough to let everyone continue partying!Would 100% recommend wedding parties entertainment!

Terrible Terrible Terrible!Michael gets three Terrible’s but Only 1 Star. This guy has a longer nose than pinocchio. What ever you do don’t book Michael as your DJ for any event.At our wedding he didn’t set up on time, forgot his laptop, said he was locked out of ITunes, his audio equipment was muffled, couldn’t fade a song from one to another, last but not least he has a big screen in front of this table that had a slideshow of his own wedding…..I also stood at the alter for a good 20-25 minutes while Michael ran around getting the music ready. To top it all off Michael sent us an email two days later saying how pleased he was with the event. Hasn’t provided any compensation, he Denies any wrong doing, threatened us with lawyers. This company and especially Michael is the biggest scam going around. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Michael and Juanita were amazing! the mirror photobooth was an awesome addition to our wedding and the guests loved it! the props were high quality and fit our Disney theme perfectly!being able to get the photos printed as well as sent to guests phones was an added bonus. highly recommend the crew at wedding parties entertainment - would hire again!

I attended a wedding where he forgot his DJ equipment which delayed the ceremony by 25 minutes.He also played a slideshow of his own wedding which the MC had to ask him to stop.The couple have expressed to Michael how unhappy they were with his service and he is now labelling them con artists on his Facebook page.Avoid the stress and look elsewhere!

Avoid at all costs!MICHAEL IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE.We hired him to DJ at our wedding where HE FORGOT HIS LAPTOP which meant he couldn’t play music for our ceremony. This delayed our ceremony and left us and our guests to wait for an alternative for 20-25 minutes.When he finally had his laptop dropped off, the MUSIC WAS COMPLETELY MUFFLED to the point where our guests complained about the poor quality to both us and Michael and yet he did nothing about it.He also PLAYED A SLIDESHOW OF HIS OWN WEDDING until our MC asked him to turn it off as it was inappropriate.While we were talking to guests, Michael approached my husband offering nothing but excuses, when I asked him to stop as now was not the time to have this conversation and we were already so unhappy with him, he ignored me which was a huge red flag.We have requested a refund from Michael and asked that he refrain from using videos and images taken from our day for his own marketing given how upset we are with the negative impact he had on our day. But rather than accept any form of responsibility, he has gone ahead and posted photos of us on his Facebook page and he has tried to blame the venue for not giving him enough time to set up. Our venue has confirmed Michael is lying about this, although I’m not sure how he can blame the venue for forgetting the laptop and for his low quality equipment.MICHAEL COMPLETELY FAILED US and should be ashamed of the low service and treatment of his paying clients as well as his practices as a business owner and his level of decency as a human being.I encourage anyone looking for a DJ to look elsewhere to avoid what we have gone through. WE WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF WE COULD!

It’s actually ridiculous how bad this guy was, the outfit alone should have been a dead giveaway to how unprofessional he would be. Bringing tacky strobe lights and a screen to showcase his own wedding, he really did not read the room. DO NOT book him for your wedding! You will regret it.

We had our wedding on 12/03/22 and hired Michael and his team for DJ & photobooth. The service was fantastic from the start to finish, Michael was very accommodating of our song choices. The whole wedding day was very hectic for me but whenever I stopped and listened to the background music, it was always one of my favourite songs and it put a smile on my face. There was some technical issues with the speakers initially but Michael resolved it quickly and smoothly. The mirror photobooth is very modern and stylish and had heaps of layouts to choose from for the printouts. Highly recommend Weddings Parties Entertainment for weddings!!!

Such an amazing night. A well planned event with great attention to detail. The mirror photobooth was fantastic and all the guests loved it. Easily one of the best weddings I’ve attended.
