Good motel that allows pets. Wood floors, good reverse cycle air-conditioning, basic facilities. Excellent location as a base for visiting the local wineries.

I was actually worried at the beginning after reading reviews but in all honesty I’m extremely happy with this place excellent value for money it’s so clean absolutely spotless ,the bed is actually very good and was a beautiful mink blanket for extra warmth! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Excellent economy accomodation. Our bed was excellent , showers wonderfully wet. Well placed for a winery holiday .

Good value. Location was great as a base for visiting the Lilydale to Warburton rail trail. Nearest supermarket and restaurants were a 15 min walk or 5 min drive away.The room was clean and spacious. Water pressure of the rain shower was fantastic. Would be better if utensils were provided for tea/coffee.Free WiFi internet was not working throughout the stay. Had to use my mobile data.

We stayed on Sunday and paid $100 the room was beautiful, worth the $100 but not Saturdays prices of over $200. The bathroom was beautiful, renovated and the shower pressure was perfect. We stayed in room 29 and got no wifi connetion... it's thin walls and you will hear everything outside
