Monaro windows did a great job from the initial contact until the windows were installed. They were clear in pricing, time line and instillation, and the finished windows look great. I would definitely use them again.

Monaro retrofitted five double glazed windows - yes should've done when rest of house was done... The team came out measured, measured again and then made to fit. The windows arrived a few days before and then on the day they arrived, removed the old windows and put in the new windows, trim, and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job, warmer already!

Today I had three 34 year old windows replaced with double glazed windows. I found all teams polite, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with through the decision, quote and ordering process. Today I was highly impressed by the tradesmen on the installation team. They were respectful and courteous at all times. The entire process was undertaken very efficiently and on completion all floors and areas were cleaned and vacuumed prior to leaving. The old windows and rubble was also removed. We replaced windows and doors with double glazing. Communication with us was very good, letting us know what was going on with our order and installation. The install guys were friendly, polite and happy to explain things. The doors and windows look fantastic and are much more solid than what we had. There also seems to be noticeably less dust settling in the house.

i had 2 bedroom windows and a Bathroom window replaced due to issues with the originals during CoVid.The initial stage of getting a quote was simple enough, waiting for the delivery and installation was a slight problem mostly due to Covid factors delaying everything.only real problem i had was the guys who installed the new windows were a bit rough removing the old windows from the cement/brick frame foundation which caused holes and cracks which showed profoundly upon installation of the new windows.They were open to assisting me fixing this and render the framed foundation to the original state. So the framing around the windows look perfect.The manager had been made aware of this and had offer a discount on the final payment for the extra work that i had put in and also because of the delay.I only review now to prove after the test of time, even though there were a few setbacks, the quality of the windows that is still perfect. Reduced sound from neighbours, smooth sliding, secure.Highly recommended when a business accepts responsibility and is helpful in assisting whenever they can.

We have just had our windows replaced by Monaro Windows. Their quote was the highest out of the 3 quotes we got, but we went with Monaro Windows because the staff in the show room at Queanbeyan and person who came to measure up the windows were very professional and helpful. Organising the supply and install through Tracy was so easy, with the windows being delivered on a Wednesday and having all windows installed by Friday. The two-man crew that removed the old windows and installed the new were very professional and friendly. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was second to none. I would highly recommend Monaro Windows.

Tony and his crew from Monaro Windows were a pleasure to work with. They communicated, discussed possible issues before progressing, and completed the job of replacing our windows with a quality product that we are really happy with. When the job was complete, Tony explained how to maintain rollers, lubricate with the right spray, etc, and then left his mobile number with me in case there were problems. Monaro Windows recently supplied and fitted a number of double glazed doors and windows for us. Right from the initial contact the staff were pleasant to deal with. The office staff were very helpful and professional. They deal with you on a very personal level. The installation team is led by 'admiral' Tom. During the installation process, which lasted several days the team was punctual and professional. They also provided advice on ongoing maintenance requirements, and explained the intricacies of the task at hand. Additionally, they were a source on entertainment as they bantered with each other.
