53 mins waiting to complete one simple task. You are dragged there to give them your money, a fee for this and a fee for that! Only to realise you've been hit with a parking fine for over staying one hr! 5 counters open with a line up of 15+ people outside waiting to empty their pockets also. More people behind the counter gassbagging rather than serving the public! Thats right, you are a publicly funded organization! These offices should be better resourced so we the people aren't waiting hrs! Govts got no idea

Ladies at the door are always super helpful and have a lot of knowledge plus patience when dealing with all the questions from the people in the queue outside. Yes sometimes you may need to wait a bit, but it seems like a good system is set up to get you in and out in an orderly fashion.

I would like to highly recommend the staff at this branch. My experience was exceptional. The security guy at the door politely told me where to wait, the next lady greeted me warmly and gave me my ticket number. And, finally, the gentleman that served me at #8 window was so helpful, kind, understanding, and he very professionally helped me sort out my difficult situation.Thank you, to all.

No staff, full of customers inside and about 30 customers waiting outside in heat. Qld govt you need to make things easier for your customers. Not happy.I would give zero stars if it was an option.
