I took the photos after the car wash. Seriously? My dog playing randomly with a hose would have done a better job. Won‘t come back. Can’t recommend. Cost me $27.50

Decided to pay more and go with the Ultimate carwash. The end result was appauling. Looks like the brushes pushed all the dust and grime forward on to my bonnet. The attendant would have seen this during the hand dry" which involved less than a 20 sec wipe down

No where to send a complaint so I'm reviewing instead. $40 for two cars and the results are terrible.Edit: took our other cars to the automatic wash at 7 11 birkdale and they looked great. Also cost less.

Not very happy with their proposed changes, if your mobile is unable to scan you will not be able to use the car wash.Sad ay when a business can afford to basically say we don't need you anymore or the staff we had on site.

Went to the Capalaba car wash today after the new equipment was installed. What happened to the several weeks of car was that we paid for?There was no one there to hand dry the car at the end of the tunnel. I suppose the new equipment is supposed to do this job now. End result was the water drops were still on some places of the vehicle. The orange masking tape used to protect the name plates were left on the car. What has happened to the Tyre shine? I have not had this done to my car for many months.Having to scan a code on your phone achieves nothing, just slows the process down and inconveniences the customer.I think the price has risen as well.All in all the price is going up and the service is going down. What they need is some good competition.

To leave one star would be too much, I am absolutely SHOCKED at the service I received at Hoppys Capalaba. They have updated their automatic part which now does the chamois as well as washing. At the end of the car wash there was 4 staff members standing around looking at me at the end of the car wash. When I wound down my window to say there was still soap and water on my side mirrors and other parts of my car I was told “that’s not part of the service we offer”. That’s fine, but then I asked if I could please use something to wipe down my mirrors myself to which I was told again that it’s not part of the service. I cannot begin to describe how RUDE the manager was to me (as this was one of the people standing at the end). By the end of this I left in tears due to the way I was spoken to by this manager, he was so disrespectful, he threatened me and told me to if I don’t like it leave and never come back. I have never received such terrible customer service. I will never go back to Hoppys as they seem to think talking to their customers in a demeaning way is okay. I have used this place since they opened and have been a regular customer of the membership option. My car is still filthy with dirt and has water and soap marks all over it.

I went to Hoppy's Capalaba on Tuesday afternoon 28th of March and paid for an Ultimate Wash.It was very busy so it took a long time to get through. I didn't get time to use my included vacuum self service as I had to pick up the kids from school.I went back first thing this morning hoping to vacuum the car and was told I had to pay again if I wanted to vacuum the car.I thought it would have been so easy to just let me do the vacuum. Instead I was told to pay again and sent away.Being treated like this makes me not want to come back to Hoppy's.I think I should've been able to do the vacuum and be on my way.It would not have taken up any time of staff as it is a self service.

I agree with Janine's review of 3 months ago. What a waste of $27.50 we spent today. A very ordinary job and the windscreen was still grubby and not all the soap was rinsed off. I think the bloke who met us before we went thru and did our eftpos transaction wished he was anywhere else but there. A really shoddy job all round. I'll be suggesting to my friends and others to take a wide berth of Hoppys Capalaba and spend their money elsewhere.

They have just had a refurb of their wash…what a disappointment. Brand new car wash, but for the ultimate wash, there is no hand dry, the auto chamois dry didn’t work…we went home and finished off drying. The tape was not taken off after the wash we had to do do that. There were marks still left on the car……. Not nearly as good as the old car wash….it seems the new car wash is designed to cut staff, but it hasn’t improved the customer experience ..at the price for an ultimate I think I will be looking for a new car wash.Just viewed your response to my feedback….particularly your *as public as it was” response in part your reply….perhaps if there was more than one staff member there at the time I could have complained to them.………your sarcastic little quip has made you look a bit arrogant …….hope it made you feel better though

My side mirror was damaged when going through the car wash. Management didn't support me in the replacement of the mirror even after I was told by employees that they would pay for the damage if surveillance footage proved my claim. Ended up having to pay over $100. The wash was low quality as well, not worth the money.
