Rye Beach
Parking in the caravan park, near the kiln. Take the stairs up to the look out for awesome views. (I pass the steps at the kiln and go up the stairs behind the bushes, between the kiln and the Bay). Beach is clean, water is shallow and a mix of rocks and clear water. Stingrays are docile and are loved by the locals so please don't hurt them or litter.

Stunning beach - clear, shallow waters until you go out a significant way then the waters become deeper. Safe for kids. Has a pier where people can jump off and a staircase where you can walk up out of the water, rather than a ladder where you have to climb. Very popular with teens. Sand is almost white and fine - not coarse. The sand bank on the right side of the pier is bigger than the left side - and as such on a hot day, the right side can be full!

Rye Beach
One of the finest and my favourite beaches. Soft white sand and clear clean water. Shallow waters up to a distance which makes it a perfect family friendly beach. Wonderful views all around. Close to all your needs (cafes, shopping, parking, playgrounds, tracks, and other facilities). Great place to kick back and relax.

Best beach for the summer. It’s got a pier to jump off, delicious food on the main road and even once found a gummy shark that’s been washed up. Sometimes you can even find friendly sting rays in the clear water. There’s nothing like going to rye on a 30 degree day. It’s so nice!

Come here if you want to see a sunrise over a mountain!According to the locals, at some parts of the year, you can see the sun rise between Arthur Seat Lookout and Mt Martha!Played around with the White Balance in some of my photos below :)

The water of sea is clear. We picnic here and enjoy rhe sunset after hot spring. The sand is fine and soft.
