Green Valley Bowen Therapy
I've been coming here for years and it's the only thing that's helped keep on top of my back issues. Sam is very knowledgable and has a holistic approach to healing. Bowen therapy has kept me feeling stronger and more balanced in myself. Would highly recommend to anyone with tight hips and back.

Green Valley Bowen Therapy
Sam is amazing!! I’ve tried physiotherapy, acupuncture, medications etc. for my pain in my lower back/hip/leg. I was skeptical at first trying Bowen therapy but so glad my friend recommended me to see Sam as I was willing to try anything at this point. She is soooo lovely and goes above and beyond to help you. I always look forward to seeing her as she brightens up your day with her beautiful smile, soul and magical touch.

Sam is amazing. She’s really knows what she’s doing and she’s lovely.I walked into my first session with tension and muscles issues and the list goes on. After my first session with Sam I walked away feeling lighter and more balanced and great.Sam has helped me release so much tension and become more balanced and relaxed in addition to helping with my muscular issues and I always look forward to a session with Sam because I feel so amazing after.

Green Valley Bowen Therapy
Before my first Bowen Therapy session with Sam I was unable to squat or deadlift due to tightness & pain through my hips. But after 2 treatments I was back in the gym squating and deadliftIng without pain & tightness, which blew my mind! She’s my go-to to keep my body aligned & functioning at its best. She also has gone above and beyond for me helping me with a stretching routine to further assist me with my tightness in my legs. Not to mention her caring, bubbly, down to earth nature. I highly highly recommend the Bowen Therapy with Sam.

I simply cannot recommend Samantha from Green Valley highly enough.I have suffered with chronic lower back and hip pain for many years. This has lead me to try many alternative therapies, most with little success.Samantha has helped me tremendously. I am no longer in pain on a daily basis. Her treatments leave me feeling lighter and rejuvenated.Samantha is extremely professional and her knowledge in all areas of health is impressive and always helpful.I would recommend Samantha wholeheartedly to anyone looking to improve their wellbeing.

Green Valley Bowen Therapy
Sam is magic. My partner and I appreciate everything she has done for our sore necks, backs and hips. You can tell the difference almost instantly after treatment and even more so after a few days. Sam is deeply knowledgeable and brilliant at what she does and takes the time to explain everything to you, as well as recommending exercises and techniques you can use to improve your overall health. I cannot recommend her practice highly enough.

Great experience!Very beautiful clinic, and Sam is such a respectful and gentle therapist !If you’re like me and don’t like invasive physical treatments, this is perfect for you. Very minimal touching in comparison to traditional massage and always fixes my body.I got a lot of maintenance stretches/exercises provided to me after my treatment for upkeep as well, which is great as I don’t feel totally helpless between treatments!

Green Valley Bowen Therapy
I have bursitis in my right shoulder and after Bowen it made me be able to have full range of movement again and all without pain! I also found out through same my hips weren’t aligned and after she worked on this area I found my back aches went away. So happy with Bowen therapy!
