Terrible! So disappointed -Phoned ahead as we were traveling and having car issues. Made to believe they were capable of fixing the issue so we drove Out of our way to attend this location dropped it off at 7.15am for them to ring at 11.30 to say it’s serviced and ready to be picked up. On arrival told they couldn’t address the issues as they were too busy ( but car ready before 12)? Asked them to fix a simple issue with central locking - they didn’t bother to even look at that.Feel like they were happy to take the easy money for the service but the other problems were to hard and couldn’t be bothered. Keys given back and told to drive it to Perth despite paperwork clearly stating that car has major problems! Contacted Perth who were so accommodating in getting it in to be properly assessed and address the issue. Steer clear of this lot !

We had the unfortunate situation of a breakdown in our 2018 Ford Ranger near Kalbarri and between Ford Roadside and RAC we where getting help but it wasn’t until we got in touch with the team at Midwest Autos that everything become easy. Richard and his team went above and beyond to help us get our car and caravan home back to Perth in time for school, the level of service was second to none and me and my family are so grateful for everything they have done, I would highly recommend them.

I have unfortunately had the misfortune to have many interactions with this dealership, and can with full honesty say that this is by far the worst car dealership in Geraldton, and probably in all WA.They lie to customers faces, rip you off and do not rectify issues within warrenty.I will only be taking my vehicles to Perth for service now, where the customer will be listened to and handled with respect.

We put our Wildtrak in for a service. Absolutely brilliant these guys are . Supplied us with a drive car , washed and vacuumed and the price was very good . Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The service department and staff will go above and beyond . This is one of THE BEST Ford service departments I've had dealings with.

Nadeem and Jake i dealt with, they were both polite professional and made our purchase of buying of very first brand new car an enjoyable experience, Nadeem let us take the car for a test drive so close to closing time on a saturday. Definetly recommend them to anyone.

We were on our way home from the Northwest when our Ranger ( which is still under warranty ) had an engine issue, the young lass at the service desk had attitude plus and we were making no progress until a young man by the name of Connor stepped in and tried to resolve it. I would like to say thank you to him for his help and effort.We took the Ranger to Midway Ford who fixed it immediately.Well done Midway Ford

Been trying to chase up payment approval for the repairs required to my vehicle which is due to be repaired at a Ford Dealership. I purchased a new Ford Ranger from you and had a few accessories fitted included in the sale. When your team fitted the accessories as previously discussed it damaged the vehicle from incorrect fitment. This included rear bar that wasn’t fitted correctly and damaged the tub, canopy wiring not fitted correctly with electronics put outside the vehicle when they are not waterproof rated, black spray paint overspray on white car, red arc controller not fitted correctly and more. I believe I had previously discussed this with the dealer principle too which I understood it would all be sorted. However, my local dealer and myself have reached out and have not yet been able to get that approval to have those damages caused by Geraldton Ford rectified.
