I can’t start my working day without a visit here. The coffee is great - hot, strong and the baristas are well trained. The almond croissants are a thing of beauty, the sourdough bread is indescribably good and those sourdough cheese & ham toasties!! Omg!!I took a fruited sourdough loaf home and my husbands words that evening: “oh my god that is the most beautiful raisin toast I’ve ever eaten”.

Awesome local lunch, baked goods and sweets food made fresh everyday, lovely coffee and nice staff.

Drove far to enjoy breakfast here, so disappointed that it wasn’t up to scratch. Usually it is.My coffee, simply stated, was awful. Watery, lukewarm, and tasted as if the dregs of a cowboy’s coffee can at the end of a long day on the campfire.First beverage of the day, especially coffee, has to be good. I don’t know what happened, but it wasn’t good.That aside: Twice now I’ve encountered sullen service and that alone can turn coffee bad. But in this case the coffee couldn’t have been redeemed even if the service had been friendly.

Decided to check this place out as I have heard some really great things and I wasn't totally disappointed. Good selection of sweet pastries and savoury options. Got a reasonable coffee and a good sandwich but to be honest I will not make the trip north just for Wild Yeast. If I'm in the area I will try again but if I need sourdough I will stick with baked on Redhill. The loaf I got today was tasty but too doughy.

I am so over walking in to be greeted by Ruby with a grumpy demeanour and unfriendly ‘OnLy DoiN’ COFfEe ToDaY’.How about a hello? How about a smile at a minimum. I’m over it. I won’t be returning. And it’s all her fault. It’s not just once, it’s been going on for months. Sort her out.

Whilst the food is delicious, the customer service is something that would probably need work on. I went with my mother to get a tart and two coffees. One medium flat white and an iced oat latte. I told the lady at the counter and she nodded and I payed but was suspicious of the price because it seemed cheaper than usual. I waited with my mum and got the tart and iced latte but not the flat white. My mum then asked about her coffee and the girl at counter said it was coming and then the barista said it wasn’t and I hadn’t paid for it. It was a misunderstanding but they didn’t take any accountability on checking orders or for the confusion. They simply acted like we were at complete fault and a nuisance during their day. It’s just a bit difficult to go in there now because of the rocky customer service.

Good strong coffee, and the perfect sour dough. Don't even get me started on that cake fridge. It's definitely worth a visit to the trinity beach wild yeast. The staff being lovely just gives it an added bonus.

The products they serve are outstanding, customer service unfortunately has to be improved. You just don’t feel welcomed.

Won’t be coming here again sick of the miserable customer service, no matter how many times I come that same chick is always serving me looking at me like I’m her worst nightmare…. She couldn’t be anymore rude - the owner really needs to get those workers to brush up on a smile from time to Time or at very least hello and thank you I’ve seen happier faces at the morgue
