Very friendly down to earth staff. Easy booking and check in process. I personally wouldn’t stay in one of the pet cabins unless I had my pets with me, as they don’t give off the cleanest vibe, however it’s the only place In the area that allow pets, so take the good with the bad. The other cabins are awesome.

Friendly operators, we were last minute book in yet no bother for them. We had a powered site for van was well positioned and level etc. Amenities were modern and clean, showers were hot. Communal kitchen n bbq has all you need. Small park, mostly cabins, allowed pets yet I never heard one bark or was disturbed by one. Well positioned

We were warmly welcomed and local information provided on checkin. We stayed in a Superior cabin which was comfortable for our family of 5. The cabin was a little on the older side and needed a little bit of maintenance, but it was comfortable and had everything that we required. The day we checked in was warm, so the air-conditioner being switched on and having the cabin comfortable for us was a lovely gesture. The park had several kitchen areas and the laundry was easily accessible through the day and night. Washing machine and drier charge was $4 per load. The park had a play ground which provided standard playground equipment, but no jumping pillows, etc... There was a games room which my 3 children looked forward to, however most of the provided equipment was either missing or broken. The internet was a little hit and miss, but not the worst thing in the world when you want family time and not screen time.

The prompt assistance, flexibility and great service we recieved made a difficult time a lot less trying. The rooms and amenities were of a good standard and we intend returning in the future.

Very accommodating and easy to deal with. Made our late night arrival a breeze after getting off the boat. Also allowing pets was truly wonderful. The cabin was comfy but had a funny smell like off meat. But otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Worst customer service we've come across in a caravan park in 4 years travelling Australia. Staff is giving wrong information about sites - not sure whether it's only for the money or if they have no clue - , very small and cramped caravan park, no privacy and not much space. Not recommending staying here at all. Check out other caravan parks before you head there. Can recommend Devonport Discovery Park - it's the complete opposite. Lovely staff, everything is super spacious with heaps of privacy and super clean. It's worth to drive 50 minutes further. If you do have to stay here have a look at the site BEFORE you pay!! Due to arriving after hours we had to book a site via phone call. We needed level ground due to setup which was said several times on the phone and asked if there would be sites available along the edge to have some privacy (if not available we would've went somewhere else). We got told that there would be level sites on the fenceline in the big grassy area, the overflow. Turned out the sites available on the fence weren't level at all! Not to forget to mention that the apparently big grassy overflow area is tiny. Pretty disappointing! Why is it so hard to just be honest? But it got even better when we didn't even get a refund! They knew exaclty what we were looking for and that we needed level ground due to the setup. So even though we got given wrong facts about the sites, they still wouldn't refund the money. Not only was it a waste of money ($70), it was also a waste of fuel and time driving there!
