The only person I trust 100% with my brows! Navneet sis always does an incredible job with threading and facials. Extremely professional, friendly and thorough. I always leave satisfied and with a smile - highly recommend.

My eyebrows were so thin and stuffed up from another place but still needed a tidy up. Somehow they magically made them look thicker and so even, this is my favourite brow place, best price as well. Will update with the wonderful lady I go to’s name next time I go back.

Bad experience with facial. Never going again.they finished in 25 mins.

First time I attended the store and asked to get eyebrow threading and upper lip threading done. Had to continuously tell worker where she had missed spots and still came home to see where she had missed hairs. Not a friendly environment either, wouldn't come again.

DONT GO HERE!!! 0 stars if I could!Where do I start?! I went here and the lady absolutely stuffed my eyebrows!! She took patches out of my eyebrows that I have to now fill in until they grow back. Both my eyebrows are different shapes and tail of my eyebrows are completely uneven. One side is thick and the other is paper thin. I can’t believe how shocking my eyebrows are now!! I went back to complain to the manager and of course she stuck up for her worker and instead of fixing them she blamed MY EYEBROWS!! How is that even possible when my eyebrows were even better before I walked in then when I left? She got defensive and refused to fix them for me.Save your money and go somewhere else even if it costs a bit extra. It’s not worth going through what I did! If you love your eyebrows as much as I do, take my learning experience and don’t go here

I used to be a regular client here for eyebrow threading and was always happy with the outcome. I came today and was served by what seemed like a new employee. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I asked her to just thread the excess hairs, and not to touch the shape or thickness of my brows. She said she understood. However, she threaded my eyebrows so thin you could see tan lines from my brows and she was so rough it hurt. The tails of my eyebrows are uneven and one eyebrow arches more than the other. I regret coming here so badly, as my natural fluffy brows are now thin and uneven. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I love the way one of the ladies do my eyebrows, I leave the store with them literally looking perfect!! Definitely recommend this place to do eyebrows :))

The staff were really friendly but had to ask them to do the back with my facial.She did not apply the mask on the neck;The entire facial was done within 45 mins. Which I think was not enough.
