I have used a number of accountants over the year and what I love about ITP Bayswater is that I feel they are really trying to maximise my claims and additionally their whole process was simple - what they promised they did and in a quick time - Recommend you try them

These guys made errors on my tax return that triggered me being audited by the ATO and having to repay thousands of dollars. Then they didn't respond to my requests to discuss the issue. I won't be going back.

I've used the services of ITP for years, Ken & Doug have always done a good job . Sometimes I've walked in of the street and they've been able to do my claim then and there ( not aways ) . I really recommend them. .

After 6 years of my husband been a pensioner and now having Alzimers the tax department were in our back saying that he didnt lodge a tax form in 5 years wich he didnt have to as ITP had finalized his returns i rang them and a lovely lady name Wendy was most helpful as she heard my stress she got right away on the phone to the TOT and fix the issue thank you great service very friendly .

I have been a loyal ITP Bayswater client for 30 years, to be perfectly honest the service at this branch is nothing short of appalling since Bernadette retired several years ago, recently had my tax done there and they a had computer system crash whilst I was there, I was promised my tax return form would be emailed to me the next day so that I could sign it and then they could lodge it, more than a week later I still haven't received that email despite having paid. Rang them several times over the last week but nothing has changed, should have had my return back by now. Needless to say ITP Bayswater have lost a loyal long term client.

Go see doug. He knows his stuff. Wish I found him years ago.
