I was audit every year so they charge me a extra $88 to fix there problem

A really good experience working with Tony and his team. They went out of their way to assist my wife and I get our tax completed quickly and without any issues. Tony helped us understand our best options with factual and clear communication without being pushy or overbearing. We will definitely be locking in for a long term relationship to help us with our tax and rental properties. Everyone was very professional and eager to help.

My wife and I have been using Tony and the team for over 20 years. They have always been excellent to deal with and very accommodating with anything that we have needed.

I would NOT recommend this company to conduct your tax return. I have had the absolute worst experience to date!! There was an issue with my tax return which Tony had advised to get back to him ASAP I did that same day just later on that night as I work full time and I was after work hours. I advised tony that I will have to confirm with my conveyancer the following day. I sent an email to Tony the next day advising I would like to hold off to fix this issue. I sent another one the following day after that advising I would like to hold off again (mind you no response was received to any of these emails) then I receive one at 6:37pm that day saying “too late it’s been submitted I require payment” NOT GOOD ENOUGH. ABSOLUTELY GUTTED WITH THIS SERVICE.

Wallsend has been home to Mainstay Advisers for over 65 years. They must be doing something right! Deanna is fantastic with Tax Returns and is quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Looking at the other reviews I'm compelled to say that I have had nothing but a positive experience, which leads me to say that the internet can be full of aggrieved individuals. I Understand that they have been around for over 60 years in Wallsend so they must be doing something right!

Very unprofessional, can't complete very simple paperwork and tax returns properly at all.Manager made very simple mistake last year and same thing again this year from another staff member.Still like to increase the amount they charge yearly for their poor service though.Will not be back and warn people away from their service at all costs.

Friendly. Extremely expensive. Not very helpful. Do not recommend.
