Melissa and the other vet nurses we have dealt with are amazing and so caring. The vets are very professional and explain everything clearly and take the time to answer questions without rushing.

Customer service was good, but found them extremely expensive. Paid almost $700 for a guess that our cat as suffering from a urinary infection. Did think the bill was excessive. Will probably go elsewhere next time. As previously have never had a bill this big.

I took my little puppy to this clinic. They were so friendly with professional attitudes. They looked after my puppy carefully and checked her symptoms with care. All of the staff from reception, nurses and doctors were very professional and friendly.The service was so clean and organised. I would give them 10 stars if I could. ❤️

I found a small lite bird at Waveaheo Dam day use area on the road. This little bird turned out be be in a bad way it couldn't see properly. I rang the surgery and the lovely young lady on the other end told me to bring the bird in with concern in her voice. I did and I would say the bird is taking a healing journey with the help of this awesome surgery .
