Hays Recruitment Agency is great for temporary labour hire in the region however I personally found the office to bit disorganised. I was called the wrong name during a meeting to send me site on the same day without much timeframe, the uniform I was given was not the correct size then on my second assignment was wrongly communicated information due to a change in roles onsite. I realise that given the challenging time and influx in candidates the office is under strain but a bit of compassion and empathy goes a long way, we maybe all in the same storm but we are definitely not in the same boat.
