I phoned to inquire about having our poodle euthanized after rapidly deteriorating after a cancer operation, which they performed. This is a very hard decision to have to make on the spot and having used them before, I asked if I could pay next week. No, I was told, you have to pay up front. What a COLD UNSYMPATHETIC response! All about money.

Thought my dog had been bitten by a brown snake that she was trying to grab on the veranda, raced her in there and as I have always found they are awesome. Can't speak highly enough of this vet clinic
