Accountants and More Woolgoolga

Do not engage this Woolgoolga firm. It is rare I publicly complain about a company, but this business (the director) is the most unprofessional appalling business owner I have ever come across. The rotating staff is a reflection of the owner of the franchise and I feel sorry for them. I enquired about our tax return not declaring our private health and asked if this was an error and asked for them to explain /advise, after weeks of getting the runaround the owner after weeks of avoiding the simple question tried to bribe me by saying they will not do amendments unless I pay them to do 2018 tax return. Is this a joke? I'm in shock! Stay away from them!!! They make excuses and become abusive when asked to explain. I have never in twenty five years of dealing with accountants ever experienced such cowboy customer service from the boss. Seriously I use to train customer service and this has to be the worst I have ever encountered.Shannon Sullivan

For 3 years i have been dealing with them and this year was a absolute joke.Thay didt fill my bank details out so the taxation department sent my money to them. Thay had it for over a week and never told me. So now i have to tell my kids that we cant go to watch the V8 Supercars at Ipswich because i ran out of time to buy the tickets.. THANK YOU ACCOUNTS AND MORE NEVER AGAIN
