This is the worst insurance agents our strata have ever used. Garry the broker impressed me that he just doesn’t care about the claims. For claim process, the company use contractors who engage subcontractors to do the job and impossible to follow up and provide help. Avoid this agent and his insurance - there are better and more helpful insurance companies out there.
