Purchased a new machine, to be told that the motor needs to be replaced. Took motor to approved Honda dealer to be told nothing wrong with the motor, still waiting...

Worst company to deal with, have purchased two machines from this company and the second blew up at 60 hours. Not covered under warranty, bad customer service and wanted to charge me for the pallet the blown motor was stored on. I rate this company -10. Will tell everyone i know not to purchase a machine through these guys. SmallEarthmoving company that prides itself on maintenence and upkeep of machinery forced into debt from a company that fails to take responsibility of clear warranty issues.

Makinex hose to go is said to be able to handle the demands of everyday use, we used one on our concrete saw everyday. Bladder has burst on the inside, the unit only has a 6 month warranty this is not the 1st bladder i've seen rupture inside 12 months. Unit is over $365 a piece and you CANNOT buy a replacement bladder - MAKINEX DO NOT sell them as a spare part. You will need to buy a whole new unit.

I have a cormidi 60 had some problems with it I took it to Makinex to have this resolved. 3 of the staff went above and beyond to get my problem sorted. Ara, Luke and John you are brilliant. I had the machine back working in under half the quoted time frame for repair was also shown how to fix it if the same problem arises again. Highly recommend this company
