Customer Service is great.There was an issue with delivery and location of our box but the customer service team was quick and helpful in rectifying this for me. Don't jump the gun getting upset is my advice as they are actually very customer focused

My experience from Taxibox has been 5/5, couldn’t have been better. Website was easy to book, and the lady on the phone was super helpful in estimating how boxes were required. They told me they’ll drop off 3, and if I don’t need the last one, they’ll pick it up and won’t charge me for it. Drivers were on time and were very handy in chatting to me about where to pop the containers on my property, and why. On drop off (7 months later) the process was just as easy - booked it via their website, and they called to confirm the details and used Google Maps to confirm placement. Re delivery was also free! Forklift driver was super helpful when they arrived, giving me a trailer to store stuff on the road. He was also able to pick up all the containers on the same day at my request after they were unloaded. Everything was just the way it was when I packed them. 100% recommended!!

It is said that true customer service comes out of a companies failure in what they do and what they do to fix that failure.I have to say the journey wasn't a great one, however Taxibox listened to my complaints and not only fixed them but compensated me in a gesture of goodwill.I now recommend Taxibox as a simple and effective way to store or move. A special thanks to Lauren and Justine for their help and finally put an end to my stress!

Excellent service. Easy to pack and unpack my possessions. Everything was stored safely. Delivery and pick up was no fuss. I would definitely recommend Taxibox to anyone.

Taxibox was so easy to use and the staff are always friendly.We had the box brought right to our front door so we could load it and it was so handy having the box re-delivered to our new place after being stored for a few months.Our re-delivery driver, Andrew was tentative and helpful. He made the whole process really simple. Thank you!We will definitely use Taxibox again if we ever need storage in the future.

Great service as they really want to improve what's on offer. Competitive prices Prompt drop off and pick up. I had a problem with the automated text message the night before but everything resolved now. I really like the sturdiness of the taxibox parked on my driveway. Thanks

My taxibox was very patient while i filled it up with my worldly treasures. It is surprising how much you can fit in them off packed correctly. The drivers who came to collect and deliver to new address were super friendly and great at manoeuvring around things.The whole process was super easy and friendly staff on the phones were happy to help.Will definitely use them again.Highly recommend.
