Not a professional business, calls are not returned and when I made a mistake bidding on the wrong vehicle they find me 20% = $2800. I have purchased there before but no goodwill shown. My stupid mistake making a bid on the wrong vehicle, but I did try to contact them straight away and they wouldn't return my calls until the last moment and then they told me to ring Angela in accounts on Monday and she'll sort it out for me. What a joke that was (not) she doesn't return any calls at all all I got back from her is email pointing out breech of there rules and consequently I have to pay for a restocking fee". How can they justify 20% restocking when all they get is a buyers premium of 5.5% when the vehicle is sold. Talk about grab and run. Lesson learned the hard way."

I have brought a lot of things and been happy with them until recently. I brought a reconditioned tv in late November last year and it stopped working two months after the purchase. I've contacted them but only can get in touch with the Philippines branch and they don't know our laws here in Australia stating you must proved a warranty of a reasonable amount of time for the goods you purchase. I don't find two months a reasonable amount of time for a $1500- dollar tv. So beware.

Very ordinary. Auctions that were supposed to have 'combined shipping discounts' did not . Meaning any value saved from taking the risk of buying at auction was lost in shipping fees.Non existent customer service. when you do finally speak to someone, they have a belligerent attitude and 'incidentally' hang up on you.Buyer be VERY aware.

Well I ordered sheets for xmas pressies and the parcel was lost in transit, found 1 week later only to have the incorrect item. greys told me the procedure was to take pics and email, then i had to organise for parcel to be collected, did that 3 weeks later still sitting at my front door. in the mean time i still had no sheets and had paid $109. i called a number of times to be told the person i spoke with previously had lost there jobs. I finally got a refund 3 months later but still no sheets. terrible service

Don't ever buy stuff from this place. I have purchased 3 laptops in total, and they are all rubbish. And the funny thing is, that if you just look online, after they add their 17.5% (yes that's correct) premium, you can probably get it for a better price.Such rubbish. I have purchased cook top also, and everything is usually fine for a short while, but you quickly realise they are selling the stuff that cant be sold, because it broken.

Worst customer experience ever do not buy a laptop from this place.Purchased a laptop from them late last year and within 3 months it went faulty. after returning it for repair I was told I should have it back in about a week, after numerous calls and time wasted following up with their incompetent overseas customer support I still have not received my laptop back and It has now been over a month. and all they can offer me is a pathetic $50 Grays voucher. I will now be reaching out to Fair Trading NSW

On the 21st May 2014, I purchased a Retro Glass Top Dining Table Set with 6 PU Leather Chairs. As no warranty details were provided prior to the sale, it was assumed that the normal 12 months warranty which would apply for these types of goods would apply. On the 12th July, the material on one of the chairs completely came apart. After a closer inspection, another chairs is also coming apart. On the 14th July, I contacted Grays to find out what could be done about this which appears to be due to faulty workmanship. They advised me today that nothing could be done as it is past the 30 Day Warranty period. I have noticed that on their invoice which they provide to you after your credit card has been charged also states the warrant terms. Should I have known that the warranty was so short, I would not have purchased the goods.April 2016 - Again Got StungPurchased a truck on Grays Auctions and found the same vehicle being advertising on a wholesale website by the owner which said it was mechanically perfect. Paid and picked up the truck which the motor blew up! Now costing me for a new motor for $8k!!! Bought the truck in April and 6 months later still saving up for the repairs... not good business.

The photo showed a pallet of items I was bidding on. The sale info stated the blue adjustable stand with foot pedal was included with the other items I was bidding on. They removed the valuable blue stand and auctioned it separately, but didn't change the photo or the description in sale info. I also purchased another blue stand by itself. When I went to pick up both of them, they told me there was only one. It had been separated to make more money. Even though I bought and paid for two, but only received one, they won't refund the overcharge. I am lodging a complaint with the ACCC for Misleading & Deceptive Conduct and contacting the Bank to get a refund of the credit card transaction. Another expensive electronic meter I bought as it said the condition was USED" however

I purchased a couch from GraysOnline. The confirmation email states that collection is to be organised 48 hours in advance (not two business days). I called the number listed on Monday afternoon where I got a recorded message advising that the office hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm. I called Tuesday before 4pm and got the same message. I called a third time today (Wednesday) only to be told collection can’t be arranged Friday because two business days notice is required and tomorrow is a public holiday.I spoke to Madeleine whose attitude and willingness to provide assistance was not befitting of a person employed in customer service. When I requested to speak to a supervisor I was given a snarky comment “Oh well he will just tell you the same thing I have”The information provided to customers who have purchased items from GraysOnline is not acceptable. The supervisor I spoke to acknowledged this and mentioned that a number of customers had been inconvenienced. I will now have to cancel the driver I had arranged to pick up my order and will lose the day of leave I had taken to receive the delivery. Following this experience I won’t be shopping with GraysOnline again.

What can I say, absolutely disappointing with Graysonline. They have really gone down hill quickly. They have ridiculous shipping fees, unheard of in fact which leads me to believe they are double dipping, once on the buyers premium and again on the shipping fee.Basically I paid $86.50 to have a small parcel which weighed 100 grams delivered to me in Sydney 15kms away from Lidcombe where the item was sent from. Yes and your probably thinking oh it must have been delivered same day, by the pope in a Ferrari. We I am really sorry to disappoint, it was delivered in 3 days on their own time, oh and the kicker my sister collected the item, when I was told the reason why it was so expensive was because they require my ID and My signature otherwise the item wouldnt be delivered. I asked for a brake down of the cost from grays and they advised me they didnt have to show me the brake down of delivery costs.Let me put this in perspective, I sent a Rolex to Perth, with the Auspost platinum service, I also had a 4000 insurance put on it, guaranteed next day deliver with this service and it cost me $68.50. This is just another way they are making money without adjusting their buyers premium. Consumers, don't be naive like I was the product they sell is rubbish, after all said an done with no warranty you end up coming out backwards. Just goto JB Hifi or a normal retail or wholesale company
